Implementation of Electronic Certificate of Interested Persons Form related to Supreme Court of Georgia Rule 26.1, Effective July 2, 2024

Effective July 2, 2024, the procedure for Supreme Court Rule 26.1, concerning the Certificate of Interested Persons, will be revised. eFiling parties must submit the Certificate of Interested Persons using the new electronic form available on the eFiling site.
